Lyndsay Wheeles is a lifelong
Alaskan and lives in Anchorage.
She has been married almost
nine years to her husband, Lem,
and has two daughters, Sycely and
Ella. Lyndsay has a Bachelor's
Degree in Early Childhood
Education and Family Studies.
She works part-time as an Early
Childhood Consultant and Private
Figure Skating Instructor, and is
grateful for the opportunity to be a
full time stay-at-home mom. She
is the Head Coach for Special
Olympics Figure Skating and enjoys working with these inspiring
athletes. She also serves on the Anchorage Association for the
Education of Young Children Board and the Governor’s Picnic
Committee. Because investments in early learning yield
extraordinary returns, and Lyndsay believes that every child deserves
the very best possible start in life, she has chosen “Lifelong Impacts
of Early Learning” as her platform.
